ABOUT ND3’s Founder

JENNA GOLDSTEIN, MS/CAGS, CERTIFIED SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST

As an autistic person, school psychologist, and parent to neurodivergent children - the ‘3’ perspectives of ‘ND3’ - I bring a 360 degree view of children and families to my work. It is the sum of these perspectives that, over the years, has refined my stance as a passionately neuro-affirming, neuroscience-aligned, and trauma-informed practitioner.

I am a champion of human rights, which are too often overlooked or actively dismissed for neurodivergent and/or disabled people, particularly among young people, and especially in educational systems. Indeed, I left public schools to be able to support neurodivergent and/or disabled children and families in the ways that are most critically needed: rejecting the status quo of enforcing conformity and submission for ND/disabled people in our schools and communities, and demanding the version of each of our lives that is authentic, distinct, and passionate. I needed to work from a starting point that embraces and values diversity of all kinds, including neurodiversity, as both a scientific fact as well as the greatest source of meaning and possibility we have.

Many neurodivergent and/or disabled people find that the well-intended and caring professionals in schools, allied health settings, and throughout our communities plainly do not understand neurodivergent/disabled people, and therefore do not appreciate what they and their families need to be well and learn. My services are for any parent, professional, or young person looking to leave behind old, harmful and inaccurate frameworks that limited them and their loved ones, and ready to better understand themselves or others from an inside out, accurate, and affirming perspective.

Whether you are ready to discover and embrace your full self, gain clarity about and better connect with and support your child(ren), or you’re striving to provide a more equitable and accessible environment for neurodivergent and/or disabled people, I’m here for you.

When I’m not working with and learning from children and families, I can usually be found singing or dancing (on stage or in my living room with my kids), eating sweets, or enjoying the outdoors (or, equally, the best of reality television).
