COTHÚ PARENTING
Cothú Parenting: Fall 2025 Session
A unique program for parents and caregivers of Autistic children & teens
5 sessions Starting October 23 – Online
What Makes Cothú Different?
Traditional parenting courses focus on managing “behaviors.” Cothú (pronounced ka-HOO and is Irish for “nurture”) flips that script - designed by Autistic people, for Autistic people and their families, Cothú takes an inside-out approach to help you see your Autistic loved one more clearly. In doing so, Cothú doesn’t seek to better “manage,” but rather to understand, connect, and thrive.
Instead of outdated approaches, you’ll learn how to:
Strategically adapt the environment, rather than fruitlessly and perilously forcing the
“square peg in the round hole”Focus on authenticity and thriving, not changing or containing
Build stronger relationships via radical acceptance and challenging norms

for the whole family
